In everyday life, we move past people constantly, in cafés, at work, on public transport, our neighbours, teachers - so many people, without really knowing what they might be carrying. Sometimes we notice someone who looks tired, overwhelmed, or simply unseen. Often, the instinct is there to say something kind - but not everyone feels comfortable starting a conversation or making a big gesture.
